It’s Friday and we know your weekends are probably full of football, baseball, soccer, gymnastics, and other events. We know it’s hard to find time for YOU!

Every Friday we will bring you what we are calling our “Friday Fitness Roundup”.  We get how busy you are and how there are SO many articles and bits and pieces of information to read through, it becomes overwhelming.
